ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation Agile Team Facilitation Agile Coaching Agile Team Facilitation focuses primarily on the mindset and role of an agile team facilitator, while also providing group facilitation tools and techniques for effectively designing meetings and workshops that both engage the entire audience and drive towards agreed-upon outcomes. Through obtaining this certification, the learner will develop an appreciation for the art of facilitation as key to fostering collaboration and enabling self-organizing teams. After finishing the certification, the learner will be able to differentiate between and among mentoring, facilitating, consulting, teaching and coaching, and will also gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within an agile team. This certification introduces participants to team development concepts around starting and growing teams while paying particular attention to team dynamics and the surrounding organizational system. ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project and Delivery Management ICAgile Project & Delivery Management Delivery Management The ICP-APM is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Delivery Management track. This certification focuses on core components of agile project management as distinct from traditional project management, and on equipping course participants with strategies and techniques for successful Lean and Agile project implementation. A servant leadership mindset and approach is critical to empowering agile teams to produce great results. Students will practice the role of agile project manager as a facilitator of agile practices towards achieving desired outcomes. This certification also takes a much more in-depth look at the fundamental agile concepts of adaptive planning, customer collaboration, and value-driven delivery in dynamic and sometimes highly constrained environments.
