Agile Value Management Product Ownership Delivery Method: Onsite or Virtual This course is a combination of 3 of our core agile classes offering broad coverage of recommended analysis skills and techniques specific to an agile environment: Analysis in an Agile Team Analysis at the Program Level Analysis of the Agile Portfolio It explores how agile teams collaborate, refine their backlog using business analysis techniques, sufficiently describe user stories, determine the appropriate sequence to deliver those stories, and produce artifacts that support future activities. An in-depth view of how to establish an understanding of an effective solution and create a backlog to describe that solution is provided as is an approach for planning the major deliveries of a project or initiative and gaining a better understanding of the stakeholders impacted by the solution. For those organizations taking an enterprise approach to agile using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), the course explores how to integrate proven analysis techniques into program level activities to build and manage a Program Backlog and facilitate effective Release Planning activities and SAFe Portfolio techniques to create a portfolio focused on delivering the most value to stakeholders and closest possible alignment with organizational strategy. Interactive workshops allow students to practice the techniques as they learn. This course is aligned with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), supports the standards outlined in the IIBA BABOK® Guide V2.0 and supports the Learning Objectives of the ICAgile Value Management Track.
