Facilitation is a professionally organized process that helps a team work cohesively, interact effectively, and achieve their goals. By mastering these skills, you will create an open atmosphere where participants are actively engaged and focused on solving tasks in the context of Agile teams and various frameworks.

The training will teach you how to engage participants in the process, take responsibility for results, and choose the right formats and tools to maintain meeting structure. You will also learn how to properly gather input from stakeholders to ensure that facilitation sessions are effective and successful.

Special emphasis will be placed on guiding groups through the stages of divergent and convergent thinking and highlighting the importance of decision-making processes. You will gain practical tools for managing group dynamics and learn how to balance a wide range of ideas while working toward a unified solution.

Our training is an extended version of ICP-ATF. During the training, you will have the opportunity to participate and practice in a strategic session, contribute to formulating a company’s mission, vision, and strategic goals, and identify directions for the company’s long-term development.
