During the whole day you will be participating in full-scale Scrum simulation (based on lego4scrum) to cover everything from product definition to product delivery and optimization. We will deeply elaborate on the next topics: -How to start Scrum from scratch in your teams -Defining the role of a Product Owner -Building a User Story Map with the vision, users, user needs and product ideas -Planning and forecasting delivery of Teams -Roles and Events in Scrum -Iterative-based development with Scrum Sprints -At the end of the day you will see how multiple Development Teams can build a holistic product with Scrum STUDENTS TAKE-AWAYS After the two-day class participants will: -Understand the benefits and applicability of Agile mindset and Lean thinking -Be able to start applying the Lean kanban method and the Scrum framework at the workplace -Be able to start improving their existing product and development lifecycles for a better purpose fit -Have a personal learning development roadmap of professional skills | In Person |
