It’s a VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) and traditional organizational structures are simply not effective enough to navigate everything that is happening. Put simply, top-down, directive, command-and-control, hierarchical structure is not sufficient in rapidly changing and complex environments. What is needed are organizations that can flex and adapt to the shifting needs of their customers. If any of the following organizational challenges are familiar, then this course is for you: Teams are difficult to motivate. You know what your customers want, but you can’t get it to them.
