Online Agile Coaching course over seven sessions: Online Agile Team Coaching Certification training (ICP-ACC certification) is a highly interactive and deeply experiential 21-hour program that focuses on the mindset, roles and responsibilities of an agile coach. The online Agile Coach certification course is filled with activities, discussions, and exercises to help you acquire essential agile coaching skills such as Agile coaching presence and mindset, contracting and aligning with stakeholders agile mentoring, professional coaching techniques, active listening, powerful questioning and coaching in the moment. Team development modalities, training from the back of the room and feedback models are also included. You will practice individual coaching, team coaching and mentoring conversations as soon as you arrive in the virtual training room! The Agile Company sets itself apart by delivering high quality Agile courses that are deeply rooted in interactive and experiential adult learning theory and practice. Most of our courses will be spreading the learning over several smaller sessions, which will allow for better integration the many different topics and competencies covered! This course is dually accredited by The ICF – If you combine the Agile Company’s ICP-ACC course, The ICP-ATF and the Forward Focused Coaching Conversations class, you are on your way to reaching your ICF professional coaching credential.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
