Simon Powers

Simon Powers is the founder of Adventures with Agile, the global community of practice for agile and organizational change, and the creator of the Enterprise Agile Coach Bootcamp. Simon is a world-class facilitator and trainer. Over the last decade, Simon has worked in organizations moving towards agile ways of working, his approach has led him to create a series of ICAgile Certified Enterprise Agile Coaching training courses, which have received high praise from both the communities in London and worldwide. As a coach, he works with the board of directors or senior managers to transform the way that they see themselves, each other, and their organizations. The results are better organizational design, better processes, more engaged staff, and an organization that is customer focused and more successful. ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
