Trey Henderson

When most people first meet me, they find out quickly that I absolutely love tacos 🌮 and improv. My mantra is “become more comfortable with the uncomfortable.” Every year, I set out to live by my mantra both professionally and personally and up the stakes each year. This journey has led me down the path of developing my skills as an agile coach, professional coach, trainer, and facilitator as well as becoming an improviser at an improvisational (improv) theatre, a trainer candidate for Dale Carnegie, and a singer in a punk rock band. I’m one of a few people in the world that has both the ICAgile Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) and ICAgile Expert in Enterprise Coaching (ICE-EC) certifications. Recently I began a journey to pursue a Doctor of Management in Organizational Development and Change. This only deepens my experience as an enterprise coach - the intersection of agile coaching, change management, and organizational development. I've worked with one of my colleagues to create a cohort to train expert agile coaches certified by ICAgile. We are the first professional services firm to have a program like this. By the end of June 2022, we will have the largest concentration of ICAgile Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) certified coaches in any one company in the world. I’ve been a consultant for 16 years and have had the role of a software developer, development lead, solution architect, scrum master, product owner, and agile coach. I really enjoy helping both Department of Defense and Fortune 500 clients identify and cross their edges. Change is scary! I’m certified to train the following ICAgile courses: • ICP, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ICP-APO, ICE-AC
