Kari McLeod
Kari McLeod brings her wit, smarts and love of connection to organizations looking to improve their agility by creating cultures of Pervasive Leadership®. As a co-creator, connector, and coach, she works with individuals, teams, and organizations to increase their personal, relational, and organizational agility. She is the founder and principal of Pervasive Leadership®, LLC, and has been a TeamCatapult faculty member since January 2020.
Kari is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She has a Ph.D. in History from Yale University and a Master’s Degree in Geography from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
