About this class

One of two Continuous Learning Certifications (CLCs) on the Agile Coaching and Facilitation track, the ICP-ACC focuses primarily on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of an Agile Coach. This workshop is unique in that it allows candidates to experience both the ‘doing’ and ‘being’ of agile coaching. With a strong focus on simulating real world practical scenarios, aspiring / in transition / existing coaches will be equipped with the right skills and tools to craft powerful ways to address challenges in a better manner. Candidates will learn the underlying competence required to be successful Agile coaches who are able to deliver team and organizational outcomes to the desired levels. On successful completion of this training, you will receive the credential titled ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC).

I am a strong proponent of Shu-Ha-Ri, Agile values, Agile engineering practices. Diversified experience in different roles like Scrum Master, Lead - Scrum of Scrums, SAFe® Program Consultant, Enterprise Agile Coach, Team Agile Coach, SDLC Digitisation Lead , Portfolio Release Manager, Project Manager etc. I am a science graduate, PGDBM from NMIMS , Masters in psychology , ICF-PCC and coaching supervision along with certifications in Agile, Scrum, LeSS, Project Management, ITIL, Scaling Agile and Agile Coaching professionals in Agile, Scrum, SAFe® and ICAgile.

ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
