Who am I? That is a loaded question. Twenty years ago, I had my sights set on being a criminal defense attorney. I enjoyed arguing and wanted to do it for people who could not argue for themselves. I felt that representing the falsely accused was noble. Fast forward and life happens. Although I am not a member of the bar, I am still a servant leader. I serve the agile community. I was a project manager when my mentor found me and introduced me to a new way of working and more importantly, thinking. Nothing feels better than being inspired to do something differently - to challenge the "way things have always been done." It feels good to be surrounded by like minded people and share experiences. Learning from each other, building a community of practice and being an advocate for change is what I do. Being a good listener, supporter and human is who I am. I look forward to serving the IC Agile community through building agile foundations and fostering change one person at a time.
