I partecipanti apprenderanno ad applicare le abilità di un coach professionale per sviluppare persone e team. Sperimenteranno passo dopo passo il processo di coaching, praticheranno ogni singola competenza per imparare a condurre una potente conversazione di coaching. Impareranno i comportamento efficaci sperimentando sia il "fare" che l '"essere" del coaching agile. I partecipanti saranno dotati delle giuste competenze per creare modi potenti per affrontare le sfide. Imparano come e quando interpretare i diversi ruoli, fungendo da mentore per il team agile, facilitando il pensiero e le pratiche agili, insegnando i valori, i principi e le metodologie Agile e consentendo al team di raggiungere livelli più elevati di prestazioni. Impareranno come affrontare e gestire i conflitti in entrambe le prospettive individuali e di squadra. Come identificare e lavorare per superare gli ostacoli.Il percorso è basato esclusivamente su simulazioni di coaching a cui seguono sessioni di feedback specifiche, pertanto richiede un certo impegno da parte dei partecipanti durante il percorso.

Fabio Lisca

Fabio Lisca is an Agile Business Coach, founder Agile School, author Il Quinto Paradigma (Franco Angeli) about the histories, principles, methodology and tools of the Agile organisations which are based on through the sharing autonomy paradigma. Experienced Executive Coach with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training & coaching industry. Skilled in Agile acceleration program and Agile transformation process, he’s an experienced trainer and facilitator and runs regular public and in-house trainings and workshops in Agile Mindset and Agile Coaching. PCC at ICF and PSM at Scrum Org. From 2011 he started to work with team applying Agile methodologies and Agile process adaptation in order to enhance their performance, when, after many years in organisational consultancy (Diploma MBA at MIP Politecnico di Milano) and after hundred projects as responsible for organisational restructuring, competence reengineering, management coaching and training, competence model and evaluation system development, change management projects, organisational analysis and process reengineering, he founded that the traditional approach didn’t really work.

ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
