Start any time and anywhere on your journey into Business Agility and Innovation with this unique course, and take your first steps to mastery. This class is a mix of self-guided, peer interactive learning (approx. 10 hours) and four instructor led sessions (1.5 hrs per session). Learn at your own pace, implement tools and techniques, and share your development with a network of like-minded peers. Virtual classrooms take place every week across multiple time zones.You'll learn about the foundation practices of building a resilient organization through team dynamics, adaptive planning, value based development, and iterative feedback cycles. Liz Habgood

Liz co-founded FEATUR Labs because she believes companies can innovate faster and better by adopting some simple practices. Liz has spent the last ten years working in Agile environments in Product roles working in both hardware and software environments. She’s combined this practical experience with an MBA and more recently, an Exec Education in Corporate Innovation with Stanford Graduate School of Business

Sam Moody

Sam co-founded FEATUR Labs because of her passion for integrating Design Thinking with modern ways of working. She has spent over 10 years in the project and delivery world, most recently leading the Agile community and practices within a major global bank. Sam is passionate about human centred design and specialises is Design Sprints, delivering new and innovative products and services and help teams succeed. She is an active Agile and executive coach, and was responsible for launching a global mentoring scheme for Product Owners and Scrum Masters.

ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
