Course Description

Systems Coaching is a way of coaching that is focused on the system, rather than just the individuals in the system. In this ICP-SYS course you will learn a whole system Integral approach to coaching organizations and ways to apply the method to address your systemic challenges. The course is designed by Michele Madore, a certified professional Integral Coach from Integral Coaching Canada and the co-author of Agile Transformation: Using the Integral Agile Transformation Framework to think and lead differently. The Integral Systems Coaching approach directly addresses relationship & culture, mental models and leadership, behaviors and structural disconnects, and offers ways to work with each of these lenses and their inter-relatedness. In this way, we are modeling Systems Thinking as Agile Coaches and Change Leaders.

This course is designed to model Systems Coaching in real-time with our “Systems Coaching Course Participants” as the team. We will be the sandbox for you to play in using all of the tools and approaches taught. It will be high in contact and experience and less on lecture and teaching.

Michele Madore

Michele Madore, Founder, Managing Member of Trans4mation, draws on a nearly 30-year career as leader, consultant, coach, and employee to help develop Agile coaches, leaders, and organizations. She is also the Co-Author of the recently published book “Agile Transformation: Using the Integral Agile Transformation Framework to Think and Lead Differently”. She has spent 15 years helping organizations journey humanely to agility, and has coached hundreds of Agile Coaches. A Professional Integral Coach (ICCP-2), she applies the Integral Agile Transformation Framework™ to help leaders succeed with their Agile transformations.

ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
