We meet once per week, live and online, in short, focused sessions designed to help you grow without disrupting your summer.
Led by Joe Krebs — creator of Agile Kata and ICAgile-accredited instructor — this cohort blends interactive learning, real-world application, and a healthy dose of agile mindset work to help you coach and facilitate with greater clarity and confidence.

This certification course develops both the mindset and practical skillset of an Agile Coach. Participants will explore the various coaching stances—professional coach, mentor, teacher, and team coach—and learn how to navigate them fluidly to serve individuals, teams, and organizations.

🎓 Certification
Attendees will be automatically awarded the ICP-ACC certification (certification fee is included in the ticket price) by ICAgile. There is no certification exam or assessment in this program. In addition, you will receive also receive the brand new ICAgile Micro Credential “Coaching Conversation”
🧾 Prerequisites & Format
You’ll receive access to a self-paced learning module, including the Coaching Conversation micro-credential. While not required, completing this module will give you a strong foundation and help you get the most out of the live sessions.
Throughout the cohort, you’ll also have the option to participate in a few short peer-to-peer practice exercises — typically 30 minutes — to deepen your learning and build coaching confidence.

ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.
Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.
Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
