About the Instructor(s)

Bent Myllerup

Bent is a management consultant, organisational change agent and agile transformation coach. He holds a Master in Management Development (MMD) from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor in Science of Electronic Engineering (B.Sc.E.E) from Aarhus Engineering College. He has 20 years of personal experience in management and leadership. Five of those years were in traditional setups and the remaining 15 in various agile organisations. He has various certifications and accreditations including Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Path to CSP Educator and Approved Agile Leadership Educator at Scrum Alliance. He also holds a certification as systemic coach from an EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) accredited training program and is an ICAgile Authorised Instructor. Finally, he is also a guide under the Agile Leadership Journey. Bent has personal experiences in various contexts: From junior developer to being on the board of directors, working in a range from garage start-ups to internationally well-recognised cooperations. In a major part of his career, his responsibility has been leading and coaching people. Bent takes agile approaches beyond software and has for a number of years been working with Scrum in an embedded environment of software, firmware, electronics and mechanics.

ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
