Master AI-Accelerated Discovery and Ship the Right Thing Sooner (with Confidence)

AI for Product Discovery Micro-Credential

In this hands-on ICAgile-accredited micro-credential, you’ll learn practical, governed ways to use AI effectively across early discovery, including: identifying real customer problems, generating options and ideas, refining and selecting “best/first bets," designing experiments and artifacts for validation, and strategic next steps.

You'll also explore how to implement ethical guardrails of AI usage within the discovery phase.

In 4 hours, you'll leave with a deeper understanding and AI skill set in the crucial product discovery phase, a reusable toolkit and templates, a lightweight proof cadence, and a clear path to applying AI inside complex, approval-heavy environments.

The AI for Product Discovery course is a stackable micro-credential within the ICAgile AI for Products micro-credential series.

Core Modules

1. Identifying Customer Problems

  • Using AI to assess qualitative data sources to surface and prioritize customer problems. Master techniques to uncover hidden patterns and validate assumptions

2. AI-Driven Idea Generation

  • Use the powerful combination of AI and human creativity to generate diverse product ideas and explore novel solution spaces directly aligned with your customer problem analysis

3. Idea Refinement & Solution Selection

  • Use AI to evaluate, score and prioritize product ideas based on multiple criteria [Score = (Desirability x Viability x Feasibility) x Impact X Confidence]. Learn to balance AI outputs with human judgment for optimal decision-making

4. Designing AI-Artifacts & Experiments

  • Learn to create simple but highly effective discovery artifacts that power quick experiments and validation tests. Use AI paired with human judgment to read and interpret results and choose next steps

5. AI Ethics & Guardrails in Product Discovery

  • Participants will reflect on AI responsibilities and ethics in the discovery stage, learning how to map benefits and risks, and co-create “if-then” guardrails for responsible use

What Makes Us Different

  • Evidence Over Opinion
    • We teach a simple signal design cadence approach (Baseline → Experiment → Validation → Assessment/Suggested Next Steps) to prove value leaders can trust
  • Ready-to-Implement
    • Leave with a digital toolkit (prompts, templates, decision logs, etc.) you can use the very next day in your role, across Product, Marketing, HR, CX/UX, Ops, Leadership…etc. No gatekeeping here!
  • Cross-Functional Fluency
    • Our cross-functional expertise shows in our training at every step. We bridge product, agility, innovation, and lean start-up so teams move from “what if…” to production – and to-market faster, and with data-backed confidence
