About this class

The ICAgile Certified Product Management (ICP-PDM) course helps you build a clear, realistic understanding of what product management actually looks like, from defining what a product is to managing it through its lifecycle.

Through short video lessons, reflection-based “Apply Your Learning” exercises, and quizzes, you’ll explore how product managers think, communicate, and make decisions that connect customer value with business goals. The course follows the natural flow of a product manager’s work, helping you gain confidence at each step.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
