Julia Heuritsch

Julia Heuritsch is a certified Agile Coach and Trainer at Gladwell Academy. Besides that her certifications include Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Professional Agile Leadership - Evidence Based Management (PAL-EBM & PAL I ). Julia is holding a Master in Astrophysics in Austria, Australia and the Netherlands. An Agile mindset and the courage to pivot led her to bringing Agile into the world. For 2 years, she worked at the Centre for Science and Technology Studies in Leiden, before pursuing doctoral research at Humboldt University in Berlin. Focus: the relationship between academic culture and research behaviour, especially how perfomance indicators impact motivation and research quality. Next to her PhD in Berlin, she joined a small Agile startup, guiding organisations on their transformation path to become more participative. Self-organisation won her heart, it is not only extremely interesting, but also bridges the gap between the natural and the social sciences. In addition to her work, Julia enjoys spending time outdoors and she has her own science blog: www.icanbeme.space

ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
