About this class

This class teaches efficient team facilitation in an agile context. You will learn how to hold productive meetings, cultivate shared responsibility, create involvement, participation and commitment within your agile team. The class gives you a better understanding of the group decision-making process and psychology behind it, so that you can apply tools and techniques wisely and appropriately. This class is best for scrum-masters, agile coaches and agile leaders. It is designed for those working with self-organizing autonomous teams, and would like to learn how to help their teams grow - not from a command-and-control perspective, but using their neutral stance to help the team find their best answers and solutions.Learners get a chance to practice a lot during the class and get feedback from both instructors and classmates, in a safe training space. The class is intended to help one stop being a perfectionist facilitator, grow confidence and keep calm when things go wrong.

Arina Zhiguleva

From 2020 to 2024, Arina worked at Dodo Brands as a Process Leader in IT and business teams. She helped develop the People & Process Leads community. She worked with product development teams, Data teams, design, marketing, HR, business development, and others. Arina learned about Agile in 2018 and worked with self-organizing teams at Leroy Merlin Russia until 2020. She participated in the development of internal process consulting and was a speaker at internal conferences and meetups. She helped adapt process frameworks in retail business teams. Before 2018, Arina gained experience in several fields: events, project management, and teaching. All this experience helped shape her understanding of how effective and ineffective processes can be in various types of activities.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
