|ICAgile Certified Professional - Leading with Agility||Inner Path of the Transformation Leader||Agility in Leadership||The word “transformation” has become ubiquitous in the world of organizational change, especially in today’s hyper-turbulent, unpredictable, complex, and ambiguous world (“VUCA”). However, in order to truly leverage the power of “transformation” we need to transform the way in which we understand the term: from that which applies primarily to organizational structures, processes, systems and institutions to that which pertains to the consciousness from which those very structures, processes, systems and institutions arise. For those of us who see ourselves as transformation leaders, such a notion of transformation necessarily implies that to catalyze transformation in others necessarily means we must also catalyze transformation within ourselves. The Enterprise Transformation Leader: A Path to Mastery is an advanced 9-month cohort program that takes you on a deep journey of personal leadership growth and development. A journey in which you not only amplify your skillfulness as an enterprise transformation agent in a VUCA world, but in which you significantly alter the very landscape of your own consciousness as a leader. The program works across three territories of leadership source and impact: The territory of Self (growing our own inner leadership capability); the territory of Relationship (becoming skillful in the area of relationship and communication); and the territory of Organization (becoming knowledgeable and skillful in the area of impacting human systems change and transformation). Each territory builds on the capability developed in the previous one: our capacity for impact at the organization level is determined both by our skillfulness in the territory of Relationship, and on our capacity for a deep capacity for complex sensemaking and emotional/social intelligence. Currently the program takes place entirely online. In this program you work within a single cohort of between 12-14 members, meeting together with your program leader every two weeks for two hours. Each session combines rigorous coaching, feedback, group work, and skill-building; and, each session is devoted to a particular topic, spanning one or another of the three territories. At approximately the 3-month mark, we have a 4-day "Intensive", each day consisting of whole-cohort sessions combined with small group work, 1-on-1 work, and solo work. This program promises a profound breakthrough in who you are as a leader, and in your capacity to catalyze profound change and evolution around you.||Remote|
