Certification Class Track Course Description Delivery Method
ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation ICP-ATF Agility Facilitator Agile Team Coaching Beyond Agile is the mantra of this Inspearit course which enables the development of the key role of Agility Facilitator, through learning by doing. Agility is a paradigm, a way of thinking, being and doing that underpins agile frameworks and goes beyond the frameworks themselves. For this reason, the course aims to develop agility facilitators capable of planning and facilitating meetings, events, workshops based on agile principles, even in non-agile contexts. This course, like all Inspearit courses, was born from the field experience of our Agile Coaches who support Managers, Teams, and all the key roles of the organization, in the design and roll-out of the transformation plans. We know that 70% of organizational performance is determined by the level of trust and the quality of collaboration between people. This awareness allows us to develop facilitators and coaches capable of combining emotional intelligence with agile practices. In this course, through 10 case studies and 15 opportunities to experience yourself as a facilitator, through the feedback of the trainer and the collective intelligence of the classroom, you will learn: - To understand the posture and role of the facilitator and coach by creating your own development plan. - How to build a facilitation flow in relation to the mindset, the cultural background, the agile maturity of the group to be facilitated, the objectives to be achieved. - Various Facilitation Techniques: from the facilitator's posture to how to provide feedback, from the creation of digital templates for the collaborative construction of solutions to techniques for the divergent and convergent phase of brainstorming. How to prepare the inner state of the group and how to increase the energy level. - How to facilitate Agile Events: Team Inception, Envisioning, Scrum Events. You will analyze the anatomy of events to build your facilitation checklist using the most effective techniques. - How to lead groups to develop a shared understanding and to agree on the challenges to be faced and the solutions to be implemented, making decisions on the basis of shared criteria. You will be provided with readings to deepen the topics, templates to use in your work, already tested workshop designs, checklists to plan and monitor your development, activities you can do with teams. The evaluation process to obtain certification requires the creation of a dossier that demonstrates evidence of what you have learned and practiced during and after the course. In Person
