About this class

This live virtual Agility in HR (ICP-AHR) training & certification program enables the participants to learn:

1. How to adopt and apply agile principles, values, and methodologies within the HR department itself –“Agile for HR.”  – and

2. The role of HR in facilitating and supporting the adoption of Agile practices and principles across the organization –“HR for Agile.”

During this live-immersive interactive workshop, participants will learn essential concepts related to “Agile for HR” through practical, easy-to-follow, hands-on exercises. By actively participating, attendees will develop a comprehensive understanding of:

1. Agile HR processes: Adopting iterative and incremental approaches to HR processes like performance management, recruitment, and onboarding.

2. Agile HR project management: This involves Using Agile project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum or Kanban) to manage HR initiatives.

ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
