About this class

This course is designed to help you take your agile coaching to the next level.You will get a large set of tools to be used in your role as a professional agile coach and the ability to adapt your coaching to the needs of your team(s) or organisation(s).Two or more instructors from ProAgile will co-train this course. All instructors are also experienced coaches. They spend most of their time guiding customers through their agile improvement journeys. In this course they will share their best tips and tricks from the field. This course is highly interactive. We mix short presentations with discussions and exercises. No power point slides are used. During the course you will create a personal coaching plan. The plan summarizes ideas on personal development as well as hands on steps to take directly after the training.

Henrik Berglund

Henrik's passion is organizations sparkling with initiative, creativity and joy. Places where people come to closely collaborate with their colleagues, enjoy work, grow as experts in their field as well as humans. Building on a strong technical background, with a decade of hands on agile product development, he spent the last 12 years working with organizations on leadership, sustainable change and step by step increasing their agility. After the last few years it is now clear to him that there are some principles in leadership and how to work with emerging change that are widely applicable. Any type of business/organization, it seems, can get great value and take leaps in their development, should they dare to move outside the box of conformity and copying of others solutions and instead follow this path of self-discovery. Henrik interacts with organizations in a variety of ways, supporting them as they find their next steps. Training, mentoring and coaching are all tools in his toolbelt. He is also available for inspirational talks. His public speaking history includes talks about agile development, teams and leadership at Scandinavian Developer Conference, Agile Eastern Europe, ACCU Oxford, Lean Agile Scotland and XP Days Germany

ICAgile does not have any prerequisites, but occasionally a training provider may have their own. Please check the training provider’s website to see if there are specific prerequisites for the class you are interested in.

Through the accreditation process, ICAgile verifies that every training provider assesses student knowledge before the student earns a certificate. Assessment may be completed through in-class activities, group exercises, or an exam, as determined by the training provider. Please contact the training provider to find out if an exam is required to earn a certification.

Once you have earned an ICAgile-accredited certification, the certification is yours to keep. We don’t charge any renewal fees or require continuing education credits. We want you to be able to invest your time and resources into continuing your learning journey.
