About this track
The enterprise coach addresses the organization’s full scope—from structures to organizational design—to remove organizational impediments, engage staff, and unlock opportunities to accelerate the business agility journey. The Enterprise Coaching Track equips coaches to mentor leaders and co-create meaningful change alongside them. Learning Outcomes in this Track include organizational design, enterprise agile frameworks, executive/leadership coaching, large group facilitation, and change management strategies.

The knowledge-based certifications in this Track are Agility in the Enterprise and Coaching Agile Transitions. Once learners obtain this foundation upon which to build competence, they can strive for the ICAgile Certified Expert in Enterprise Coaching (ICE-EC) designation.
