About this track
The Agile HR Track equips professionals to apply an agile mindset to the core functionalities that are typically stewarded by HR. Support and develop organizational leadership and talent by first growing individual capabilities as a leader, coach, and mentor. Create an adaptive organization by breaking down divisional walls and structuring the organization in a human-centered way. Learning Outcomes address the shift needed to design roles and organizational structures that enable business agility.
